Lakeland Regional Health is searching for enthusiastic Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA) to join our Outpatient Rehab team. Qualified individuals will perform individualized treatment as part of a multi-disciplinary treatment team for adult patients, resulting in positive patient outcomes and improved function for the clients and families served. The Occupational Therapy Assistant is responsible to practice within their scope of licensure in accordance with approved policies, procedures and protocols. The Occupational Therapy Assistant will serve as a role model through professional development, continuous learning, and improvement of competence in the practice of Occupational Therapy.
Qualified Candidates must have:
Accredited Program for
Occupational Therapy Assistant program
Current license as an
Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state of Florida
Current CPR Basic Life Support (BLS) Card from the American Heart Association.
One year Outpatient or Inpatient experience
