| Instructor/Assistant/Associate/Professor School of Medicine-RC - United States-Pennsylvania-Pittsburgh - (18001736) The Department of Critical Care Medicine at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center is actively seeking BE/BC Intensivists to join our faculty. Opportunities for clinicians, clinician-educators, and clinician-scientists are available. Academic rank and salary will be commensurate with experience and training. The Critical Care Department at the University of Pittsburgh is the first of its kind in the country and includes more than 90 full-time faculty members . We employ intensivists trained in pediatrics, surgery, emergency medicine, anesthesia, internal medicine, and internal medicine subspecialties. We provide modern, multidisciplinary, 24x7 critical care to over 190 ICU beds in 4 institutions. The University of Pittsburgh Multidisciplinary Critical Care Training Program trains approximately 20 fellows per year and has trained more than 700 fellows since its inception over than 30 years ago.
