Veterinary Care and Specialty Group (VCSG) is a family and locally owned emergency and referral hospital located in the St. Elmo area of Chattanooga, TN. We are a full-service hospital for small animal emergencies. We see a myriad of cases from simple treatments to complex surgeries. Our facility has the latest diagnostic equipment including ultrasound, digital x-ray, CT, and state-of-the art lab equipment. We have five full or part-time ER veterinarians on a rotating schedule and trained staff on hand at all times. During the week, we also have a board-certified internal medicine, emergency and critical care, and cardiology specialists seeing cases on a referral basis from local veterinarians. Additionally, we have board certified surgeons attending on a rotating basis for soft tissue and orthopedic surgeries.
