This specialized residency prepares the resident to provide pharmaceutical care to critically ill patients. Experiences available include emergency medicine, medical and surgical intensive care, neurotrauma, burn intensive care, toxicology, cardiac intensive care, and nutritional support. The program will be individualized to meet the needs of the resident. Successful completion of a research project will be required for completion of the residency. Clinical and didactic teaching of Wayne State University pharmacy studies is also available.
