Pennsylvania: Emergency Medicine Faculty (Instructor Through Professor Level)- UPMC and University of Pittsburgh. UPMC and the University of Pittsburgh have full-time opportunities for emergency medicine residency trained and board-certified or board-eligible candidates. UPMC's diverse faculty are widely recognized for excellence in research, teaching, and clinical care. Our three clinical sites provide tertiary and Level I trauma care to approximately 170,000 ED patients collectively each year, while training residents, fellows, and students. The Department of Emergency includes toxicology and hyperbaric medicine treatment programs, and we have multiple fellowship available. Career opportunities exist for academic clinicians, clinician investigators, and clinician-educators. We have particular interest, in candidates with ultrasound or other investigative interests that complement our current capabilities. Salary is commensurate with experience and duties.
