TriStar Skyline Medical Center's PGY1 pharmacy residency is designed to foster the development of clinical pharmacists in providing high-quality health care. Pharmacists completing TriStar Skyline's residency will receive well-rounded practice training and experience in various pharmacy settings. Our strong physician-pharmacist relationships are essential to providing the highest level of patient-centered care.
Core learning experiences: Internal Medicine, Critical Care, Infectious Disease, Emergency Medicine, Hospital Administration and Trauma
Longitudinal learning experiences: Research or Quality Improvement Project, Service Commitment (staffing), Teaching and Learning Program, Pharmacy Administration
TriStar Skyline Medical Center is a rotation site for pharmacy students from Belmont University, Lipscomb University and the University of Tennessee.
