The residency program at Cox Branson is designed to introduce the resident to pharmacy practice in a rural healthcare environment. Residents will be exposed to a variety of pharmacy practice including critical care, emergency medicine, pharmacy management, internal medicine, antimicrobial stewardship, oncology, anticoagulation management, ambulatory care, and rural medicine at a critical access hospital. Residents will have the opportunity to precept pharmacy students and participate in the teaching certificate program through the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
