The PGY2 residency in emergency medicine pharmacy will focus on the provision of clinical pharmacy services to CTMF Emergency Department (ED) in Tyler, Texas. CTMF is the level 2 trauma center for east Texas seeing approximately 60,000 patients annually. Uniquely, the resident will be exposed to urban and rural emergency medicine through the numerous critical access hospitals affiliated with CTMF and retrieval medicine from around Texas. The resident's focus will be on the direct care of ED patients.
