Every day and around the clock, the UW Medicine Transfer Center works with physicians and transport staff to facilitate rapid and safe transfers of patients with emergent or urgent illness or injury from healthcare facilities in the WAMI region (Washington, Alaska, Montana and Idaho) to Harborview Medical Center and UW Medical Center in Seattle. Responsibilities of the Community Care Line/Transfer Center RN2 include:
Performs telephone assessment that gives sound nursing advice based on established protocols and available resource materials.
Documents all inquiries in accordance with established program guidelines This RN2 position is located at Boeing Field (6505 Perimeter Rd S #200, Seattle, WA 98108).
