About the Practice •Full Service Consultative Practice •Pulmonary / Critical Care / Sleep (optional) •Join 2 physicians + 2 CC APCs •Employment with WellSpan Medical Group – 1,200 Providers in All Specialties •18 Bed State of the Art ICU (9 beds CVU, 9 bed Med/Surg), ECMO, Impeller •EBUS Available, State of the Art Cancer Center, NO NAV Bronch at This Time But Open to Implementation •Off-Site Sleep Lab •Teaching Opportunity - Family Medicine Residency Program •Emergency Department with 55,000+ Visits Per Year (no-trauma designation) •Large Primary Care Referral Base of 50+ Primary Care Physicians •24/7 Hospitalist Service Handles Admissions, Dedicated Nocturnist Coverage

Must have graduated from ACGME accredited IM residency Must have graduated from ACGME accredited PUD fellowship Must have graduated from ACGME accredited CC fellowship Last two fellowships can be combined in one fellowship Must have or be able to obtain a PA & DEA license Must be BE/BC in Pulmonary Disease & Critical Care Medicine
