We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as an IT Business Services Coordinator.
This position performs monthly financial analysis for the Medical Center Information Technology departments. Participates in the annual preparation of operating and capital budgets. Coordinates the processing of employee requisitions and acts as a budget liaison with Directors and assistants.
Compiles financial information for all components of the IT organization; this includes but not limited to participating in quarterly benchmarking preparation and all IT related benchmarking exercises.
Assists with the monthly preparation of operating and capital expenditures presentations, as well as budget projections.
Provide oversight regarding Human Resources responsibilities to include preparation of analytics and benchmarking; this includes turnover, length of time to hire, onboarding & off-boarding of MCIT staff.
Serves as a first point of contact for HR matters; will direct certain issues to HR specialty area if needed.
Provides Human Resources support to MCIT. Assists and provides guidance to directors, managers/supervisors and employees regarding benefits, payroll, Human Resources policies, procedures and practices. Interprets policy and researches root cause for HR related issues.
Will be the point of contact for Business Office related tasks (i.e. maintain up to date payroll lists, open positions, facilities related tasks, MCIT training program ).
Demonstrates knowledge of the organizations Service Standards and incorporates them into the performance of duties.
Handles confidential matters with appropriate discretion.
Performs miscellaneous job related duties as assigned.
Must have a Bachelors degree and minimum 3 years relevant work experience or an equivalent combination.
Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
Possess strong customer service and problem solving skill sets.
Knowledgeable of accrual basis of accounting.
Qualified candidates must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
