Position provides diversified secretarial and administrative support for the Emergency Medicine Research Core.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Make study packets/binders, assist with drafting source documents, obtain and file regulatory documents for regulatory binder and complete the Initial QA review and filing of high enrolling study packets into binders
Oversee archiving of research files and assist with file clean up in the division research folder
Maintain spreadsheets used to track enrollment for billing purposes, data entry for research data into study databases and assist with research metric tracking
Pay invoices through AIS system and track appropriate documentation includes ordering/receiving supplies
Help with organization of work space
Greeter into research space (answering phone/door)
Assist with grant preparation materials (biosketches, collecting letters of support, etc)
Request cost information for budget preparation
Maintain training documents for research coordinators (CV’s, licenses, NIH GCP, lab training, shipping training, etc.)
Provides assistance in the day-to-day administration of department
Provides staff support during vacation/illnesses
Equivalent of High School diploma
3 years related secretarial experience
2 years of college or business school
Previous experience in a clinical research setting and/or administrative research setting
Working knowledge of varied word processing and PC based systems and other standard office equipment
Familiarity with FIS system preferred
Ability to use discretion and good judgment
The hiring range for this position is $15.99 - $19.99 per hour.
