We are seeking a Patient Safety Risk Management Liaison to join our growing team.
This position assists in the administration of a comprehensive Patient Safety, Advocacy and Risk Management program for all hospital departments.
Bachelor’s Degree: in a healthcare related field (Preferred)
Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
5 years of experience in acute care (Required)
5 years of experience in Risk Management, Quality, Performance Improvement and/or Patient Safety (Required)
General experience in RCA, FMEA, Physician Peer Review, Rapid Cycle PDSA, Performance Improvement Methodologies and tools (Six Sigma, Lean, etc.)/high reliability organization (Required)
