To deliver and provide courteous expedient and professional mailroom/delivery services to all customers in the departments of Pediatrics, Molecular Microbiology, and Adult Emergency Medicine. This position is trained to attend 2 dock locations serving all Support Service Customers.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Packages at 425 S. Euclid dock.
Special Outgoing Shipments.
Packages at 425 S Euclid dock.
Incoming/Outgoing mail at 660 S. Euclid dock.
Correspondences from departments to doctors.
Med School mail.
Med School packages.
Update supervisor of daily routine changes.
Update supervisor of contracted Micro details.
Coverage of other Support Services areas as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
Equivalent of High School diploma and one or more years of experience in a mailroom/delivery setting and/or related experience.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to multi-task.
Good memorization skills.
Must be a self-starter. Must be able to follow guidelines and meet deadlines.
The hiring range for this position is $11.75 - $13.61 per hour.
