As a Physician Executive, in Cerner’s physician alignment organization, you will partner with Cerner client physicians to form longitudinal relationships and holistically impact client physician performance and satisfaction via optimization activities and strategic initiatives. Strong communication skills will be required as you will be cultivating and maintaining clinical relationships within the client base and overall health care industry; facilitating clinical discussions with clients around alignment and adoption of technology; and articulating clinical adoption benefits to clients and advise on best practices. Other responsibilities include: supporting the sales processes by providing solution demonstration support and answering request for proposal (RFP) questions; generating ideas for the design and development of solutions and services; and leveraging the use of analytics to promote adoption and optimization.
MD or Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine from an accredited academic institution or comparable clinical training
At least 3 years of clinical practice or residency as a licensed physician
At least 1 year of work experience providing care in a clinically automated environment
Willing to travel up to 100% as needed
Reside in or be willing to relocate to a metropolitan area with an international airport
2 openings. Telecommuting is allowed. Employer will assist with relocation costs.
