Join us and start doing your life's best work.(sm)Primary Responsibilities:Design, code, test, debug, document and support all types of applications consistent with established specifications and business requirements to deliver business valueDevelop pioneering approaches to emerging industry trendsContribute to development team and help to achieve key business objectivesContribute to large, complex projects to achieve key business objectivesCollaborate with the team on application architecture design and decision-makingDesign and implement application enhancements in collaboration with different teamsSolve unique and complex problems with broad impact on the businessTranslate highly complex concepts in ways that can be understood by a variety of audiencesEnsure timely deliveries for all assigned tasks as per SLAProvide technical leadership to the team. Mentor and guide them whenever requiredParticipate in SCRUM meetings, Design reviews, Test Case reviews, and Production Support readiness reviews for new releasesAchieve harmonious working relationships with business partners and within team
Required Qualifications:B.Tech/MCA/Graduation (Minimum 16 years of formal education, Correspondence courses are not relevant)7.5-10 years of total IT ExperienceExperience of working in Agile environmentExperience of working on DevOps and related toolsetsExposure to address Security & Performance IssuesOOPS, Design Pattern, Java/J2EE, AngularJS, Restful Web Services, Spring, SpringBoot, Maven/Gradle, Hibernate, PL/SQL, Azure or AWS, Cloud Concepts, Jenkins, React JSSolid understanding of various data management technologies - RDBMS, NoSQL, in-memory data grids, etc.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent debugging and troubleshooting skillsPreferred Qualifications:Hands-on technical experience in implementing enterprise applications using cloud platforms and technologiesExperience in cloud application developmentExperience of handling of Security Domain applicationsBackground in healthcare industry applications development and supportContainer based application development experience using OpenShift EnterpriseTechnology Careers with Optum.
