Position Summary: We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Data Analyst.
In this role, the successful candidate Under the direction of the Director and Program Manager of Rehab Regulatory and Compliance, assumes responsibility for data collection, reporting, and analysis. Assists with project coordination as needed.
Audits: Audit participation, collection, compilation of data, submission to Director and Program Manager as well as appropriate regulatory bodies as directed.
Reports: Prepares and issues reports within established procedures. Analyzes data and presents recommendations. Prepares and reviews documents independently and generates status/progress reports for ongoing and pending program related projects.
Survey prep: Assists with departmental preparation for surveys and certifications from Regulatory agencies.
Resolve regulatory related work queues such as, but not limited to, billing/coding corrections
Education: Assists with preparation, assignment, and management of the education and competencies of Rusk Rehab staff.
Scheduling and coordinating: Plans, arranges, outlines and drafts letters, memos, agendas, and presentations. Provides administrative support, coordinates schedules, and other related activities.
Coordinates and monitors completion of regulatory assignments by Rusk Rehabilitation staff. Makes recommendations, needs for in-service and process improvement. Provides ongoing guidance and training to the staff. Monitors assignments to ensure accuracy, and timely completion. Ensures that tasks are completed in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Assists Rusk Rehabilitation Managers with ongoing projects related to management of Rusk Operations.
Performs and participates in other duties as required
Minimum Qualifications: To qualify you must have a Bachelors degree and 2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in using various platforms for word processing, and data manipulation (i.e. Microsoft Office, Tableau, etc...) Familiar with internet applications, and enterprise software. Effective oral, written, communication, interpersonal skills. Time management skills and ability to work well under pressure. Ability to multi task and project manage.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with EHR, and large medical center a plus.
Qualified candidates must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
